### 29A Additional provisions for lease of public reserve > *\[Section 29A Repealed by No. 20 of 1991, s. 7 \]* > > > (1)  The Minister must not lease any Crown land reserved as a public reserve for which there is a management plan unless the Minister is satisfied that the management, protection, use and development of that land under the lease – > > > > > > (a) will be in accordance with the management plan; and > > > > > > > (b) will be consistent with the resource management and planning system objectives. > > > (2)  The Minister must not lease any Crown land reserved as a public reserve for which there is not a management plan unless the Minister is satisfied that the protection, use and development of that land under the lease will be consistent with – > > > > > > (a) the purposes for which that land was reserved as a public reserve; and > > > > > > > (b) the management objectives specified in [Schedule 4](#JS4@EN) ; and > > > > > > > (c) the resource management and planning system objectives.
