90 Offences arising from same incident taken as 1 offence (1) For this part, 2 or more offences arising from the same incident are to be treated as a single offence. (2) For this part, 2 or more offences arising from the same incident are to be treated as a single class 1 offence if 1 or more of the offences is a class 1 offence. Note Offences arise from the same incident only if they are committed within a single period of 24 hours and are committed against the same person (see dict, def same incident).
