77 Offence—offender must allow fingerprinting
A registrable offender commits an offence if—
(a) a police officer receiving a report decides, under section 75, to
take, or authorise someone else to take, the fingerprints of the
(b) the offender fails to take all reasonable steps to allow the
offender’s fingerprints to be taken.
