69 Police officer receiving report may arrange interpreter (1) A police officer receiving a report under this chapter may arrange for an interpreter to be available. (2) A police officer receiving the report may allow an interpreter to be present only if the interpreter has signed an undertaking not to disclose information derived from the report unless required or authorised by law.
