49 Offender must report regular travel
(a) is required to make a report under a reporting obligation
provision; and
(b) when making the report, intends to travel outside the ACT, but
within Australia, on an average of at least once a month
(irrespective of the length of the absence).
(2) The registrable offender must report the frequency and destination of
the travel, in general terms, to the chief police officer in an approved
way.
