29 Offender who later becomes prescribed corresponding
offender must report
(a) the offender’s reporting has ended; and
(b) the offender is in the ACT on the day the offender later becomes
a prescribed corresponding offender; and
(c) the offender has not previously reported the offender’s personal
details to the chief police officer.
When registrable offender must make new initial report of personal

within 7 days after the day the offender later becomes a
prescribed corresponding offender (excluding days in
later becomes a prescribed corresponding offender and later
stops being in government custody in the ACT—within 7 days
after the day the offender stops being in government custody

within which the report must be given.
