17 Court may only make order with sentence
(1) The court may make a child sex offender registration order in relation
to a person for an offence only if it imposes a sentence on the person
for the offence, and must make the child sex offender registration
order concurrent with the sentence.
sentence, for an offence, does not include an order against a young
offender under the Crimes (Sentencing) Act 2005, section 13, 17, 18,
19, or 27.
