134 Protection from liability
(1) A person is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be
done honestly and without recklessness—
(a) in the exercise of a function under this Act; or
(b) in the reasonable belief that the act was in the exercise of a
function under this Act.
Note The dictionary defines act to include omission.
(2) Any civil liability that would, apart from subsection (1), attach to a
person attaches instead to the Territory.
