132V Functions of litigation guardian (1) This section applies if a litigation guardian has been appointed in a proceeding on an application for an order for a person under this chapter. (2) Anything that the person is allowed to do under this chapter may be done by the person’s litigation guardian. (3) Anything that the person is required to do under this chapter must be done by the person’s litigation guardian. Note The litigation guardian may not give the person’s evidence for the person (see Evidence Act 1995 (Cwlth), pt 3.2). (4) The person’s litigation guardian must do everything that is necessary in the proceeding to protect the person’s interests.
