132M Application for registration of corresponding prohibition order (1) The chief police officer may apply to the Magistrates Court for the registration of a corresponding prohibition order for a person. (a) be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding prohibition (b) if the law of the foreign jurisdiction in which the order was made required the order to be served on the person—include evidence that the corresponding prohibition order was served on the person under that law; and (c) include details of any amendment sought for the corresponding prohibition order to operate effectively in the ACT.
