119 Access to information about protected witnesses restricted (1) The chief police officer must ensure that personal information in the child sex offenders register about a protected registrable offender cannot be accessed other than by a person authorised by the police officer or officer of an approved authority responsible for the day-to-day operation of the witness protection program.
