116Z Admissibility of evidence
Any material obtained, directly or indirectly, in the exercise of a
function under this part (other than under section 116Q) in relation to
a registrable offender is not admissible in evidence against the
offender in a proceeding, other than a proceeding—
(a) under this Act; or
(b) in relation to a class 1 or class 2 offence; or
(c) under the Criminal Code, part 3.4 (False or misleading
statements, information and documents).
