116K Use of force and availability of assistance in executing entry and search warrant (1) An executing officer, assisting officer or a person assisting who is not a police officer may use force in executing an entry and search warrant against people and things that is necessary and reasonable in the circumstances. (2) An executing officer may obtain the assistance in executing the warrant that is necessary and reasonable in the circumstances.
