116D Application for entry and search warrant—supporting information (1) In making an application under section 116C, the applicant must, as part of the affidavit, provide the magistrate with any information or material relevant to the application (regardless of whether the information or material supports the application). (2) The applicant must keep a copy of any affidavit or information or material relied on under this part for 1 year after the registrable offender stops being subject to a reporting obligation.
