#### 78 Compliance with Division a condition of employment 78 Compliance with Division a condition of employment > > (1) It is a condition of an officer’s employment or engagement with the Commission that the officer complies with the requirements of this Division and the regulations made under section 77 (Disclosure of pecuniary interests and other matters). > > > (2) Failure to comply with any such requirement is sufficient ground for terminating the officer’s employment or engagement. > > > (3) This section has effect despite any other condition of the officer’s conditions of employment or engagement. > > > (4) A person does not fail to comply with the requirements of this Division merely because the person fails to disclose matters of which the person is not aware.
