#### 75 Disclosure of certain financial information 75 Disclosure of certain financial information > > (1) On becoming an officer of the Commission, the officer must furnish to the Commission a statement of financial interests, in the approved form, in relation to the officer. > > > (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Commission may at any time require an officer of the Commission, or an applicant for a position as an officer of the Commission, to furnish to the Commission a statement of financial interests, in the approved form, in relation to— > > > > > (a) the officer or applicant, or > > > > > (b) any other person who is associated with the officer or applicant. > > > (3) A person engaged by the Commission as a consultant under section 74 (2), or performing services for the Commission as arranged under section 74 (3) or (4), is not required to comply with subsection (1) or section 76 if the Commission waives the requirement in relation to the person or a class of persons of which the person is a member. > > **s 75:** Am 2014 No 82, Sch 2 \[13\]; 2018 No 4, Sch 1.3 \[4\] \[5\].
