47G Obstruction or disruption of Commission
A person must not—
(a) obstruct or hinder the Commission or an officer of the Commission in the exercise of the functions of the Commission, or
(b) disrupt a hearing before the Commission.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
