#### 34 Decisions on review 34 Decisions on review > > (1) Following its review of a decision under section 33, the Supreme Court may make an order— > > > > > (a) affirming the decision, or > > > > > (b) setting aside the decision. > > > (2) If the Supreme Court makes an order setting aside the Commission’s decision with respect to a document or thing, the Supreme Court must make a further order directing that the document or thing be delivered to the person. > > > (3) An order of the Supreme Court under this section is, subject to any appeal from that order, conclusive for the purposes of any other proceedings.
