#### 12 Information and reports with respect to government agencies and members of government agencies 12 Information and reports with respect to government agencies and members of government agencies > > (1) The Commission may, if it considers it desirable to do so— > > > > > (a) furnish any information relating to the exercise of the functions of a government agency that the Commission obtains, or a report on that information, to the relevant Minister, and > > > > > (b) make to that Minister such recommendations (if any) relating to the exercise of the functions of the government agency, as the Commission considers appropriate. > > > (2) The Commission may, if it considers it desirable to do so— > > > > > (a) furnish any information relating to the conduct of a member of a government agency, in his or her capacity as such, that the Commission obtains, or a report on that information, to the head of that agency or (if the member is the head of the agency) to the relevant Minister, and > > > > > (b) make to the head or Minister such recommendations (if any) relating to the conduct of the member as the Commission considers appropriate.
