Division 5—Probation hostels 17E—Establishment of probation hostels (1) The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, declare any premises to be a probation hostel. (2) The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, vary or revoke a declaration under this section. (3) Probation hostels are under the control of the Minister.
