#### 252P How meetings of members may be held A registered scheme may hold a meeting of its members: (a) at one or more physical venues; or (b) at one or more physical venues and using virtual meeting technology; or (c) using virtual meeting technology only, if this is required or permitted by the scheme’s constitution expressly and the provisions of the scheme’s constitution that require or permit such use were included in the scheme’s constitution: (i) at the time the scheme was established; or (ii) by special resolution of the members of the scheme.
