#### 252H Auditors entitled to other communications (1) The responsible entity of a registered scheme must give the auditor of the scheme and the auditor of the scheme compliance plan any other communications relating to the meeting that a member of the scheme is entitled to receive. (2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
