#### 250JA Certain resolutions must be decided on a poll—listed companies (1) A resolution put to the vote at a meeting of members of a listed company must be decided on a poll (and not a show of hands) if: (a) the notice of the meeting set out an intention to propose the resolution and stated the resolution; or (b) the company has given notice of the resolution in accordance with section 249O (members’ resolutions); or (c) a poll is demanded. (2) This section applies despite subsection 250J(1) and anything in the company’s constitution.
