6 State Service employees and officers not entitled to additional remuneration
Regulation 5 does not apply to a State Service employee or State Service officer who is entitled to full pay under any of the following while the employee or officer attends as a witness:
(a) the State Service Act 2000 ;
(b) an award or industrial agreement;
(c) the person’s instrument of appointment.
