#### 18B Confirmation of giving of information—notice to Australian government agencies and local governing bodies (1) This section applies if an Australian government agency or local governing body has notified the Commissioner in the approved form of information relating to an entity’s entitlement to jobkeeper payments for one or more fortnights. (2) The Commissioner must give the Australian government agency or local governing body a notice in writing stating that, in the Commissioner’s opinion, the information: (a) satisfies the requirement in subsection (3); or (b) does not satisfy that requirement. (3) For the purposes of subsection (2), the information satisfies the requirement in this subsection if it is comprised of any of the following: (a) information that the entity gave to the Commissioner; (b) information that the Commissioner gave to the entity. (4) The Commissioner must give the notice under subsection (2) within a reasonable time after receiving the notification from the Australian government agency or local governing body.
