Property address signs

(1) Maximum area—

(a) if located on land in a residential zone—0.5m2, or

(b) if located on land in any other zone—1m2.

(2) Maximum height—

(a) if located on land in Zone E4—2m, or

(b) if located on land in any other zone—1.8m.

(3) If located on land in a residential, rural or conservation zones—must not be illuminated.

(4) If mounted to front fence or front wall of building, must not protrude beyond the physical limits of that fence or building.

(5) Maximum 1 sign per premises.
