Advertising structures
(1) Must be located on land in an employment or mixed use zone, Zone SP2 Infrastructure or Zone RE2 Private Recreation.
(2) Must not be erected on or above a roof line.
(3) Maximum height—2m.
(4) Maximum area—1m2.
(5) Must be constructed in accordance with an engineer’s certification for the structure and footings.
(6) Must not be illuminated.
(7) Must be constructed of weather-proof material.
(8) Maximum 1 structure per premises.
(9) Must not be erected on public land.
(10) Must not be located on or in, or in relation to, a heritage item or in a heritage conservation area.
