Temporary signs for religious, educational, cultural, political, social or recreational events
(1) Must not include commercial advertising apart from name of event sponsor.
(2) Must not be displayed earlier than 21 days before, or later than 7 days after, the event.
(3) Must not be taped to poles, hoardings or buildings.
(4) Must be bunting or a banner or poster.
(5) Must be securely fixed and not impede the movement of vehicles and/or pedestrians.
