Advertising signs
(1) Must be located in Zone RU5, R1, E1, E2, E3, E4, MU1, SP2 or RE2.
(2) Maximum area—
(a) if located on land in Zone E4 General Industrial or Zone SP2 Infrastructure—1.5m2, or
(b) if located on land in any other zone—1m2.
(3) Must not be illuminated.
(4) Maximum 1 sign per premises.
(5) Must be related to a lawful use carried out on the land on which the sign is located.
(6) If mounted to the front fence or front wall of a building, must not protrude beyond the physical limits of that fence or building.
(7) Must not be located on public land.
(8) Must not be located on or in, or in relation to, a heritage item or in a heritage conservation area.
