#### 99 Payment of expenses of management 99 Payment of expenses of management > > (1) So much of the expenses of the management of a licensee’s conveyancing business as have not otherwise been paid to the manager out of the receipts of the business are to be paid to the manager by the Secretary from the Operating Account. > > > (2) An amount paid under this section is recoverable by the Secretary as a debt owed by the relevant licensee.
