#### 94 Qualifications for appointment as a manager 94 Qualifications for appointment as a manager > A person is not eligible to be appointed as the manager of a licensee’s conveyancing business unless the person is— > > > (a) a licensee who holds a licence that is not subject to a condition of the kind referred to in section 14 (b) or (c), or > > > (b) an Australian legal practitioner who holds an unrestricted practising certificate. > > Note. > > Section 14 (b) and (c) provide for the grant of licences subject to conditions prohibiting the licensee from carrying out conveyancing work in relation to specific kinds of transaction or except in relation to specified kinds of transaction. > > **s 94:** Am 2005 No 46, Sch 11.3 \[9\].
