#### 88 Claims can be made against Compensation Fund 88 Claims can be made against Compensation Fund > > (1) Part 10 of the PASA Act applies to and in respect of a failure to account (within the meaning of that Part) arising from any act or omission of a licensee under this Act that occurs on or after the commencement of this Act, as if the licensee were a licensee under the PASA Act. > > > (2) For that purpose, a licensee under this Act is taken to be a licensee within the meaning of the PASA Act and a licence under this Act is taken to be a licence within the meaning of the PASA Act. > > > (3) Section 169 (4) of the PASA Act is not applicable to a person as a licensee under this Act. > > **s 88:** Am 2018 No 5, Sch 2.5\[3\].
