#### 67 Person concerned in transaction may request itemised account 67 Person concerned in transaction may request itemised account > > (1) A person directly concerned in any transaction by or with a licensee in connection with the licensee’s conveyancing business may request the licensee in writing to render to the person in the manner prescribed by the regulations an itemised account of the transaction. > > > (2) The licensee must comply with the request within 14 days after the request is served on the licensee. > > > (3) A person may not request an itemised account of a transaction that took place more than 6 months before the making of the request.
