#### 28 Conduct of other businesses 28 Conduct of other businesses > > (1) The regulations may prohibit a licensee who conducts a conveyancing business, or who is employed in the conduct of a conveyancing business, from conducting, or being employed in the conduct of, any other business or class of businesses. > > > (2) A licensee must not conduct any business, or be employed in the conduct of any business, in contravention of the regulations under this section. > > > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a corporation or 100 penalty units in any other case.
