#### 139 Taking of disciplinary action 139 Taking of disciplinary action > > (1) If the Secretary is satisfied that there are grounds for taking disciplinary action under this Act against a person on whom a show cause notice has been served, the Secretary may by order in writing served on the person take such disciplinary action against the person as the Secretary thinks is warranted. > > > (2) The order must include a statement of the reasons for the Secretary’s decision on the matter.
