#### 112 Improper dealing with property 112 Improper dealing with property > A person must not, with intent to defeat the purposes of this Division— > > > (a) operate on an account at an authorised deposit-taking institution, or > > > (b) destroy or conceal receivable property or property that is likely to become receivable property, or > > > (c) move receivable property, or property that is likely to become receivable property, from one place to another, or > > > (d) deliver possession of receivable property, or property that is likely to become receivable property, to another person, or > > > (e) deliver control of receivable property, or property that is likely to become receivable property, to another person. > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
