7 Meaning of controlled sport In this Act: controlled sport— (a) means— (i) a combat sport; or (ii) any other high-risk sport or activity prescribed by regulation; but (b) does not include a combat sport— (i) declared under section 8; or (ii) prescribed by regulation.
