33 Registered controlled sports contestant must tell registrar about convictions etc (1) This section applies if a registered controlled sports contestant is convicted or found guilty of an offence mentioned in section 13 (2). (2) The contestant must tell the registrar, in writing, about the conviction or finding of guilt as soon as possible before the person competes as a contestant at a registered event.
