47 Meaning of licence for s 9 (1) (h) In section 9 (1) (h): licence includes— (a) registration under the repealed Act; and (b) a licence, permit or registration under an operational Act as in force immediately before commencement day; and (c) a licence or certificate of competency under the Plumbers, Drainers and Gasfitters Board Act 1982 (repealed).
