19 Eligibility requirements for nominees—Act, s 28A (1) (a)
An individual must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
(a) for a corporation—the individual is a director or employee of
the corporation;
(b) for a partnership—the individual—
(i) is a partner; or
(ii) is the nominee of a corporation that is a partner in the
partnership;
(c) the individual is licensed in a construction occupation that the
corporation or partnership is licensed in or applying to be
licensed in;
(d) the individual is otherwise able to exercise the functions of a
nominee on a daily basis;
Examples
