45AZA Certain stayed acquisitions void if put into effect
(1) This section applies to an acquisition that:
(a) is stayed because of subsection 51ABE(3), (4) or (5); and
(b) is put into effect, or purportedly put into effect, in contravention of section 45AY.
(2) The acquisition is, and is taken always to have been, void by force of this subsection.
