sec.91 Purpose
The purpose of this part is to provide for the review of, and appeals from, the following decisions (each an original decision )— a decision made by the authority in relation to— a matter for which this Act provides an application can be made; or a levy or levy amount; an entry in the register of workers made by the authority; an entry in the register of employers made by the authority; a notice or an information notice given by the authority.
- (a) a decision made by the authority in relation to— (i) a matter for which this Act provides an application can be made; or (ii) a levy or levy amount;
- (i) a matter for which this Act provides an application can be made; or
- (ii) a levy or levy amount;
- (b) an entry in the register of workers made by the authority;
- (c) an entry in the register of employers made by the authority;
- (d) a notice or an information notice given by the authority.
