sec.89 Recovery of levy amount
A levy amount payable to the authority is a debt payable to it. A levy amount that is not paid may be sued for and recovered by, or for, the authority. If it appears to the authority that a levy amount has not been paid in full by an employer, the authority may make an assessment of the amount owing. The authority must give a notice of the assessment to the employer. (sec.89-ssec.1) A levy amount payable to the authority is a debt payable to it.
