sec.8 Meaning of worker
A worker is an individual who is— engaged by an employer to perform community services work; or self-employed and performing community services work. However, a worker does not include an individual who is a member of a class of individuals prescribed by regulation not to be a worker. (sec.8-ssec.1) A worker is an individual who is— engaged by an employer to perform community services work; or self-employed and performing community services work. (sec.8-ssec.2) However, a worker does not include an individual who is a member of a class of individuals prescribed by regulation not to be a worker.
- (a) engaged by an employer to perform community services work; or
- (b) self-employed and performing community services work.
