sec.46 Authority to decide application
The authority must— consider the application; decide to either— grant the application and register the applicant on the register of workers; or refuse to grant the application. If the authority decides to grant the application, the authority must give the applicant notice of the decision stating the applicant’s registration day and registration number. If the authority decides to refuse the application, the authority must give the applicant an information notice for the decision. (sec.46-ssec.2) If the authority decides to grant the application, the authority must give the applicant notice of the decision stating the applicant’s registration day and registration number.
