sec.41 Funds

The funds of the authority consist of the following amounts— levy amounts paid to the authority; amounts borrowed by the authority; proceeds from investments by the authority; other amounts received by the authority. The funds may only be applied in making any of the following payments or investments— long service leave payments; payments for expenses incurred in the administration of this Act including, for example, payments to a corresponding industry authority under an agreement mentioned in section 40 ; payments for borrowings by the authority; investments by the authority; other payments authorised under this Act.
