sec.38 Staff and services for authority
The staff of the Building and Construction Industry Authority must provide the Community Services Industry Authority with the administrative support services that it requires to carry out its functions effectively and efficiently. Subject to this Act, a member of the staff may do anything necessary or convenient for the discharge of the functions of the Community Services Industry Authority. (sec.38-ssec.1) The staff of the Building and Construction Industry Authority must provide the Community Services Industry Authority with the administrative support services that it requires to carry out its functions effectively and efficiently. (sec.38-ssec.2) Subject to this Act, a member of the staff may do anything necessary or convenient for the discharge of the functions of the Community Services Industry Authority.
