sec.20 Term of appointment
A director holds office for the term, not longer than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. Subsection (1) does not prevent a director being reappointed. However, a person must not be reappointed as a director if the total period of the person’s appointment would be more than 9 years. (sec.20-ssec.1) A director holds office for the term, not longer than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.
