sec.2 Commencement
This Act, other than the following provisions, commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation— part 3 ; sections 119 , 120 and 125 ; part 13 , divisions 2 to 7 ; schedule 2 . Part 13 , divisions 5 and 6 commence on 1 July 2020.
