sec.19 Deputy chairperson
The person appointed as deputy chairperson must be appropriately qualified in at least 1 of the following areas— commerce; economics; finance; management. The deputy chairperson must act as chairperson— during a vacancy in the office of chairperson; and during all periods when the chairperson is absent or otherwise can not perform the duties of the office. (sec.19-ssec.1) The person appointed as deputy chairperson must be appropriately qualified in at least 1 of the following areas— commerce; economics; finance; management. (sec.19-ssec.2) The deputy chairperson must act as chairperson— during a vacancy in the office of chairperson; and during all periods when the chairperson is absent or otherwise can not perform the duties of the office.
